- Documents: files you upload at our request or on your own, such as identification, pay stubs, bank statements, proof of address or tax returns.
- Messages: what you write to our team in the in-app chat, including attachments.
Information collected with your permission

Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, app version, and the date and time of requests. We use this for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- create and manage your account and keep you signed in securely;
- receive, review and process your funding requests, and contact you about them by phone, email, in-app chat or notification;
- verify your identity and help prevent fraud and misuse;
- request, receive and review the documents needed for your request;
- send service messages, such as status updates, document requests and password-reset codes;
- maintain, secure and improve the Services;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Our team: authorised Swift Eleven staff who handle your request. Access is limited by role, and each staff action is logged.
- Service providers who host and run the Services for us, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing their service:
- cloud servers and databases;
- Amazon Web Services, for encrypted document storage;
- Google Firebase, for push notifications;
- our email provider, for service emails;
- Vercel, for website hosting.
- Funding partners: only when needed to evaluate or complete a funding request you submitted, and only the information relevant to that request.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of you, us or others.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Contacts sharing
Contacts sharing is optional, and declining it never prevents you from using the app or submitting a request.
- Consent first: before anything is read, the app shows a disclosure screen explaining what is collected and why, followed by your phone's own permission prompt. Nothing is uploaded unless you agree to both.
- Why we use it: to help verify your identity and speed up the review of your funding request.
- Who can see it: only staff handling your request. Every view is logged.
- How it stays current: while sharing is on, the app refreshes the list about once a day. Contacts you delete from your phone are removed from our copy at the next sync.
- How to stop: you can stop at any time in Profile → Contacts sync → Stop sharing & delete. All contacts we stored for you are then deleted permanently.
5. How we protect information
- All connections to our Services use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- The last 4 digits of your SSN are encrypted in our database.
- Documents are stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket, and are viewable only through short-lived links.
- Access is limited to authorised personnel by role and is logged.
- We take nightly backups.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. For funding requests and their documents, this is generally up to seven (7) years after the request is closed. After that, we delete or de-identify the information. Shared contacts are deleted as soon as you stop sharing (section 4).
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: you can view and edit your profile in the app, and ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account and personal information by contacting support@swifteleven.com. We may keep some information where the law requires or allows it, for example records of a funding request.
- Contacts: turn sharing off at any time (section 4).
- Notifications: turn them off in your phone's settings.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
